The south-facing pool and spa area get sun exposure with areas of shade if needed! There is an open grassy area behind the home for children to run and play. One of the community playgrounds is approximately 50 yards away just a block away. Pool is professionally cleaned weekly so you can ensure a clean swimming experience.

Living Room

The comfortable open family room features new comfortable couches, a 65” smart TV, Cable channels, and triple width patio doors that open to the private lanai/pool & spa area. One couch has a pull-out bed.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and seating for 10 guests at the kitchen table and bar. Dining Room has seating for 6-8. The kitchen is nicely appointed with 42" cabinets, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, flat top stove, dishwasher, disposal, granite countertops and pantry. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and extra cooking gear. The pool can be accessed from the eat-in kitchen area & living room
